 SALON POLICIES 

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your overall experience here at ZENY Beauty Studio! We know that your hair is important to you, If you are not happy with your experience, we will make any necessary adjustments so you can leave the salon feeling amazing! After all, our goal is to build a long-lasting relationship with you and be your most trusted salon!

If you have any questions about any of the following, please ask one of our team members and we would love to assist you!

 

  • I do not issue refunds- If you are unsatisfied with your hair, we would love to make adjustments for you within 10 days of your original service!

  • I cannot perform any redo services if you or another stylist makes adjustments to your hair.

  • Your color, keratin or extensions service will only be guaranteed if you invest in the recommended products stated by our stylist.

  • Some complex or corrective color services may require multiple visits/services to achieve. Your stylist will tell you directly if your goal cannot be achieved in one sitting.

  • Color services are not guaranteed - if you use box color on your hair, or if you are taking medications  

  • If you are more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled reservation, we will not be able to guarantee that you will receive the full services scheduled.

 CANCELLATION POLICIES

  • ZENY Beauty Studio requires a credit card to hold each reservation. In the event that you have to cancel or reschedule a reservation a 48-hour notice is required. Please call (386)-450-8356

  • If the appointment is cancelled or rescheduled within 24 to 48 hours, 40% of the service will be charged. 

  • In the event that you do not show up to your appointment, cancelled or reschedule, your scheduled appointment, (YOU WILL BE CHARGE THE FULL AMOUNT OF THE SERVICE) no refunds will be issue.
